We believe that church should change lives.

We don't have pews or bulletins, but we have a church filled with the Holy Spirit, who wants to engage and touch each person that desires it. The Mount and Bishop Brown have been anointed to change lives through the teaching of the Word and leadership by example. Here is what you can expect from your experience at The Mount.

Order of Worship

Here at The Mount we believe that worship should be free of those things that may prevent intimate encounters between the Lord and the saints. Therefore, worship includes praise and worship, giving, and preaching the word. These are the three main components of biblical worship. (Psalm 100)

We have more to share, about Tithing, Offering, and Sowing, so please click the button below to read more about what you can expect from your experience at The Mount.

Join us for worship service, every Sunday at 8:00am and 10:00am.

Title:

“Faith for Financial Healing”

Scripture:

2 Kings 4:1-7 (NLT)
One day the widow of a member of the group of prophets came to Elisha and cried out, “My husband who served you is dead, and you know how he feared the Lord. But now a creditor has come, threatening to take my two sons as slaves.”

2 “What can I do to help you?” Elisha asked. “Tell me, what do you have in the house?”

“Nothing at all, except a flask of olive oil,” she replied.

3 And Elisha said, “Borrow as many empty jars as you can from your friends and neighbors. 4 Then go into your house with your sons and shut the door behind you. Pour olive oil from your flask into the jars, setting each one aside when it is filled.”

5 So she did as she was told. Her sons kept bringing jars to her, and she filled one after another. 6 Soon every container was full to the brim!

“Bring me another jar,” she said to one of her sons.

“There aren’t any more!” he told her. And then the olive oil stopped flowing.

7 When she told the man of God what had happened, he said to her, “Now sell the olive oil and pay your debts, and you and your sons can live on what is left over.”

Introduction & Behavioral objective:

As the body of Christ, we have to change how people think about money and learn better economics. It is our responsibility to learn and to teach how to handle resources and protect the next generation from becoming beholden to creditors.

Points:
  1. Discipling Support
  2. Deliberate Survey
  3. Divine Strategy
  4. Determined Separation

Give online.

For many, the idea of bringing the first 10% of our income to the Church seems overwhelming. The thing is, it doesn't matter how much or how little we make, God promises to pour out blessings on us when we tithe.
